I recently was on a trip to Florida to visit one of my good friends. Well you know how those go. Beer, pizza, ice cream, cookies. Needles to say, I felt like I was going to float away.
Every meal I was eating down there was like a party. I really tried. I’d look at the menu and say “Ok I’m going to eat health.” That didn’t work. So I got home and was searching the net for some info on how to make good food choices at a restaurant and came across Jimmy Smith’s confidential report on how to eat what you want, go out and party and still get your dream body.
I was hooked so I grabbed a copy and started reading.
I won’t share all of his secrets but here’s a few of his guidelines
-Always eat a protein and fat meal before you leave your house that way you won’t have any desire for candy or sugars.
-Always bring fish oil with you to every meal.
-Never eat a high fat and high carb meal together at the same time.
The best part was that he included a checklist for every dangerous issue that could possible come up when you dine out.
